Cancellations Due to Force Majeure or Medical Reasons Cancellations arising from acts of God or medical reasons involving the primary guest or an immediate family member may be considered for refund, subject to the following conditions: The guest must notify the hotel at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date A valid medical certificate must be submitted for verification Approval of the refund is subject to management review and approval Any approved refund shall be computed on the net amount, after deduction of applicable taxes, bank charges, and processing fee Late Cancellations / No-Show Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to arrival shall be non- refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable Such reservations will be automatically tagged as “NO SHOW.” Refund Processing Only the validated primary guest is authorized to request a refund All approved refunds shall be issued via cheque, payable directly to the primary guest’s name
