A Where is the hotel located? Stonehill Suites is located at 18th Street corner San Agustin Drive, near the city’s financial and commercial district, overlooking the northern part of Bacolod City.
The name Stonehill comes from buklod, the Hiligaynon word meaning stone hill—the origin of Bacolod’s name. Early settlers established the city on elevated stone ground, a symbol of stability and progress.
Stonehill Suites carries this meaning forward. Inspired by Bacolod’s pre-war period—when prosperity from the sugar industry shaped the city’s growth—our design reflects confidence without excess, permanence without display.
This is not nostalgia. It is continuity.

A Is an incidental deposit required? Yes. A Php 2,000.00 incidental deposit per room is required upon check-in and is refundable upon check-out, subject to room inspection.
A Are extra beds available? Yes, a maximum of one (1) extra bed per room is allowed, subject to availability and additional charges.
A What is the maximum room occupancy? Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child per room. Extra person charges apply.

A Is the Skydeck weather-dependent? Yes. As an open-air enclosed venue, Skydeck operations may be limited or suspended during inclement weather for the safety of our guests.
A Can the Skydeck be reserved for private events? Yes. The Skydeck may be reserved for birthdays, corporate functions, weddings, and private gatherings. Event packages are available upon request through the Sales & Marketing team.

A Are there additional charges for pets? Yes. A pet-friendly surcharge of Php 2,500.00 per pet, per night will be charged to the guest’s folio as a room cleaning fee.
