Extra person charge

Children staying with us aged 0 to 7 years old is free of charge.
Children staying 8 to 17 years old is charged at 999PHP per night inclusive of buffet breakfast.
Additional Adult Rate age 18 and up is charged at 1,500PHP per night inclusive of buffet breakfast.
Request for an additional cot in the room should be requested in advance and will be subject to availability.
Additional Roll Away Bed will be 1,200 per night.

What is the standard check-in time?
Check-in time is 2:00 PM (1400H)

Is an incidental deposit required?
Yes. A Php 2,000.00 incidental deposit per room is required upon check-in and is refundable upon check-out, subject to room inspection.
Cash and credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted
What is included in the room rate?
Room rates include breakfast for two (2) adults and one (1) child (0–7 years old) sharing the bed with adults
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child per room. Extra person charges apply.
Yes, a maximum of one (1) extra bed per room is allowed, subject to availability and additional charges.

The Skydeck is StonPehill Suites’ rooftop event and leisure venue offering panoramic views of Bacolod City. It is ideal for private celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions.
Yes. The Skydeck may be reserved for birthdays, corporate functions, weddings, and private gatherings. Event packages are available upon request through the Sales & Marketing team.
Yes. As an open-air enclosed venue, Skydeck operations may be limited or suspended during inclement weather for the safety of our guests.
What is the Skybar?
The Skybar is a rooftop bar located at the Skydeck, offering cocktails, beverages, and light fare in a relaxed lounge setting with stunning city views.
The Skybar is open to in-house guests and walk-in patrons, subject to availability and private event bookings.
Children are allowed when accompanied by adults; however, restrictions may apply during late evening hours or special events.
What are the gym operating hours?
The gym is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM for in-house guests located the sky Deck Area.
Yes. In room Massage and spa services are available from our reputable partners. The treatment includes Swedish, Shiatsu, and signature treatments. Rates apply.
Does Stonehill Suites allow pets?
Yes. Stonehill Suites allows pets inside the hotel premises, subject to prior approval of Management and applicable cleaning fees.

  • Dogs or cats only
  • Each pet must weigh less than 20 kg (40 lbs.)
  • Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained at all times
Yes. A pet-friendly surcharge of Php 2,500.00 per pet, per night will be charged to the guest’s folio as a room cleaning fee.
Yes. All pet stays are strictly subject to prior management approval. The hotel reserves the right to refuse pets that do not meet policy requirements.
Is the hotel non-smoking?
Yes. All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are provided. A Php 10,000.00 cleaning fee applies for violations or lingering odors caused by prohibited items.
Is there a noise policy?
Guests are requested to minimize noise after 10:00 PM. The hotel reserves the right to evict guests for repeated violations without prior notice.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations Due to Force Majeure or Medical Reasons
 
Cancellations arising from acts of God or medical reasons involving the primary
guest or an immediate family member may be considered for refund, subject to the
following conditions:
 
  • The guest must notify the hotel at least seven (7) days prior to the
  • scheduled arrival date
  • A valid medical certificate must be submitted for verification
  • Approval of the refund is subject to management review and approval
  • Any approved refund shall be computed on the net amount, after deduction of
  • applicable taxes, bank charges, and processing fee

Late Cancellations / No-Show

  • Cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior to arrival shall be non-
  • refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable
  • Such reservations will be automatically tagged as “NO SHOW.”

Refund Processing

  • Only the validated primary guest is authorized to request a refund
  • All approved refunds shall be issued via cheque, payable directly to the primary guest’s name
A no-show will be charged 100% of the total room amount.
